Post 11: My Metaphor

In the poem "The Author to Her Book" by Anne Bradstreet, the metaphor in the story is that the book is her child. Now I may not have my own child, but I do have something in place of it. My goals to me is similar to her child. I want to achieve my personal goals no matter how big or small they are and nurture myself into the best version of me.

  2. I really enjoyed reading this post! I think that's great how you compare your future goals to the book in the poem! I think you'll go far if you treat all your objectives as she did to her book.
